At The Trainer Court, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Trainers

  Place the shoes back in their original designer box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive back in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
